Casey Lawless, a third year graduate student in the department, was recently awarded a Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Student Traineeship Grant in the amount of $1,500 to fund her dissertation study evaluating the longitudinal impact of sleep on disease outcomes and health-related quality of life in children with cystic fibrosis (CF). These grants are awarded to undergraduate and graduate students interested in receiving additional CF-related research training. Please join us in congratulating Ms. Lawless!
