Dr. King was appointed as Director of the UF Health Psychology Specialties Clinic in November of 2021. She has fulfilled her commitment with excellence chairing the Clinical Operations Group, assessing staffing needs to improve performance, implementing policies and procedures for the clinical practice during a challenging transition of post-COVID Medicare and Medicaid coverage, while tasked with optimizing clinical revenues and expenses and balancing all of this with patient satisfaction. No small task!
