Taylor N. Swanson, B.A., was recently selected to be the next campus representative of the Society of Clinical Psychology (SCP; Division 12) of the American Psychological Society. The mission of SCP is to represent the field of Clinical Psychology through encouragement and support of the integration of clinical psychological science and practice in education, research, application, advocacy and public policy, attending to the importance of diversity.
Taylor is a first-year doctoral student in the clinical health track under mentorship of Dr. Kathryn Ross. As campus representative, she looks forward to foster collaboration between SCP and CHP by disseminating information, facilitating dialogue, and expanding available resources for CHP students.
